The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Mari El, together with an initiative group of volunteers, launched an AI assistant, the purpose of which is to help participants in the SVO and their families learn all the necessary information, including on the issue of obtaining preferential benefits. In addition, AI will help learn how to get medical care and provide information about employment assistance. This was announced on November 23, 2023 by the press service of the State Duma deputy RFAnton Nemkin.

One of the directions of such work was the creation of assistants (assistants) with AI in socially significant directions. Not everyone likes to study regulations for hundreds of documents, with references to other NPAs. We're not all lawyers. The assistant with AI to the asked question goes to the regulatory documents, searches for material on the topic of the question and forms an answer in an accessible language with links to the norms of law. This allows anyone to get a comprehensive answer. The first direction was the AI assistant for measures to support participants in the SVO and members from families, - said Yakunin.
