2023: Turbine unit testing begins
LLC NBI-Engineering"" has begun to carry out a joint project to test the turbine unit and develop (revise) regulatory and technical documentation on fuel use for Novocheboksar TETs-3 the branch Mari El and PJSC ChuvashiaT Plus jointly LLC TsNIEK. The NBI announced this on November 23, 2023.
The purpose of the project is to comply with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Energy of Russia of 30.12.2008 No. 323 "On Approval of the Procedure for Determining Specific Fuel Consumption Standards for the Production of Electric and Thermal Energy."
Within the framework of the project, the following tasks will be completed:
- determination of the actual state of the steam turbine of type PT-80/100-130/13 No. 7 and units, comparison with the manufacturer's data;
- acquisition of data required for planning and standardization of operation, monitoring of turbine performance;
- development and updating of energy characteristics of main and auxiliary equipment (including amendments), regulatory expenses of heat and electricity for own needs and schedules of specific fuel consumption;
- development of "Layouts of calculation of specific fuel consumption" as per RD 34.08.552-95 (proportional method of fuel cost sharing);
- development of reporting documentation and recommendations to improve the efficiency of equipment operation in accordance with the requirements of "Methodological Guidelines for Thermal Testing of Steam Turbines" СО 34.30.740.
As a result of the project, the client will be provided with a technical report on the results of testing the turbine unit, containing the actual energy characteristics of the steam turbine operation and recommendations for improving efficiency, as well as Book No. 1.2 of the Regulatory Documentation on Fuel Use, which will allow to develop Book No. 3 of the Regulatory Documentation and carry out the necessary approvals of the NUR (regulatory specific fuel consumption).
