Since 2004, DESTEK LLC has been producing acrylic glass in Russia and supplying it from Europe. Russian production reaches thousands of tons of sheets per year and is shipped in convenient batches in the shortest possible time from the moment of order. DESTEK provides consumers with a large selection of products: imported cast and extruded, glossy and satin, lighting and shock-resistant plexiglass of any colors.

Due to the growing needs of the business and the termination of support for the developer of the historical system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, there was a need to switch to another ERP system based on the solution of the Russian vendor 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.5.

The automation partner was the 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT.

The key business goal of the project was to automate the business processes of DESTEK LLC by creating and implementing a unified accounting system based on 1C:ERP.

Functional framework of the project:

• Cost management and cost calculation;
• Production management and planning optimization;
• Regulated accounting according to RAS;
• Corporate Treasury;
• Sales management (wholesale);
• Warehouse, inventory and delivery management;
• Procurement management.

The project was carried out using the IT product implementation technology developed by the WiseAdvice-IT methodologies and based on the principles of Agile and Waterfall, which provides for the consistent implementation of all stages of the project in a pre-agreed manner. This made it possible to cooperate as efficiently as possible and constantly communicate with the contractor's team, promptly making collective decisions on the stages of the project.

Following the results of the project of creation and implementation of an automated management and accounting system based on 1C:ERP, the following results were achieved:

• Increased efficiency of management of the enterprise as a whole due to the prompt receipt of management data by management and an increase in the level of detail of the company's reporting;
• Effective management of internal interaction between employees and departments of the company without data loss/distortion through the organization of a single information space;
• HR and Payroll employees work on a 1-window basis by integrating the current HRM system 1C: Payroll and Human Resources with the 1C:ERP.

The introduction of 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 helped standardize and unify the key business processes of DESTEK with effective management accounting.
