About Customer

LLC TD "Eurotrading"" is the largest manufacturer of plastic and concrete surface drainage systems under the trade Gidrolica brand.

Gidrolica drainage trays can be found on the central streets of many cities. The company also produces cast-iron grates. TD "Eurotrading" develops a dealer and representative network. The plant's products are offered by 14 regional offices with warehouses and 800 dealers.

To improve the interaction with representatives and the dealer network, the company's management decided to implement the 1C: CRM module. 1C-Rarus was invited as an integrator company.

Having got acquainted with the organization of business processes, 1C-Rarus specialists advised to use the "1C:CRM solution. Module for 1C:ERP and 1C: КА2. " 1C-Rarus experts installed the software, configured the initial accounting parameters, and trained users.

1C-Rarus has integrated the customer interaction module into the Eurotrading TD account system. Module "1C:CRM. The module for 1C:ERP and 1S:KA2 "helps the company manage an extensive network of representatives and dealers.
