About Customer and Project

Laser Systems was founded in 1998. The company is a world-renowned developer and exporter of modern laser technology and equipment. Today, Laser Systems is a team of highly qualified specialists, like-minded people with many years of experience in creating modern technologies, innovations and production. The products of JSC Laser Systems help to improve the safety of production enterprises, solve the most important problems in the field of aeronautics and meteorology, create modern production and manufacture unique products.

Like most modern organizations, JSC Laser Systems uses solutions on the 1C: Enterprise platform to automate its activities. The company has a 1C: Integrated Automation system and an additional CRM module. However, employees did not fully use the information system. The main work with clients was carried out in spreadsheets. Information about the transaction was entered into the system at the time of the conclusion of the contract without a previous history of interaction.

In such a situation, it was quite difficult to track and assess the actions of employees, to quickly collect up-to-date data. Therefore, in order to optimize and transparency of the process, the company's management came to the conclusion that it is necessary to use the CRM block, adjusting it to its processes. With this request, Laser Systems JSC turned to 1C-Rarus in St. Petersburg.

The specialists faced the following tasks:

  • systematize the customer base - create a single customer base throughout the company
  • ensure that all stages of the "Sale" process are progressively completed
  • ensure the convenience of managers
  • create conditions for monitoring the work of sales employees and analyzing indicators

Together with the company's management, 1C-Rarus specialists have fully built the sale process for all stages of the sales funnel, from the first contact to the process of concluding a transaction. At each stage, the manager creates a specific document and fills in the necessary information. All created interactions, tasks, documents, etc. within the transaction are stored in the Customer Interest document history ribbon. It is possible to select by type of documents and quickly find the necessary information.

The main work of sales employees is now carried out on the desktop "My Sales," presented in the form of a kanban board. This desktop displays all scheduled interactions for transactions, as well as the stages at which they are located.

Now sales managers record all customer data in a single database, indicate all the information necessary for analytics: full contact information, type of service, source, expected revenue, content of negotiations and their results, create quotations and send them, issue invoices and complete the transaction by entering closing documents. Thanks to the implementation of the system, it was possible to clearly structure the work with the client base.

Such a phased construction of the process allows you to see the full picture at each stage of the sales funnel. Due to the variety of reports and analytical capabilities, the management of the company can evaluate the performance of both the entire sales department and separately each manager, calculate the estimated and actual revenue for the selected period. Now the client base is securely stored in the system.

The well-coordinated work of the specialists of Laser Systems JSC and 1C-Rarus helped to competently build the CRM unit, which fully fulfills its functions and closes all the tasks of the sales department.
