Health and Nutrition (ex-Danone) has automated the hiring of employees using the Stream Recruitment system. Thanks to the implementation, it was possible to reduce the work time of recruiters by 23% and reduce the closing time of vacancies by 29% for the period 2022-2023. This was announced on November 29, 2023 by TalentTech (Severgroup TT).
Health and Nutrition has 12 plants and 28 high-tech warehouses for November 2023. The hiring volume is 1,200 vacancies per year. The recruitment and long-term strategy to attract talent to Health and Nutrition is handled by a single Talent Acquisition team. To reduce the burden on the department and improve the quality of hiring, Health and Nutrition decided to automate the selection process: the company has been collaborating with the developer of HR solutions "Stream" since 2018. During this time, it was possible to build the interaction of HR specialists with candidates in the ATS-system "Stream Recruitment": to form a single base, start selecting candidates for any positions and directions within the system, automatically publish vacancies on "work" sites and receive HR analytics.
In 2022-2023, Health and Nutrition was tasked with tailoring and customizing the existing system to improve the recruitment and HR analytics process.
So, "Stream Recruitment" was integrated into the corporate portal Health and Nutrition, where the company's vacancies are published. Responses from internal candidates are automatically sent to the system, and the recruiter receives a notification to his mail. In addition, company employees can recommend their acquaintances by clicking on the "Recommend candidate" button on the portal.
To process a large number of responses to mass positions, Health and Nutrition used a chat bot from Potok based on artificial intelligence. When a candidate hits the system, a message is sent to him from a chatbot on WhatsApp. Depending on the scenario, communication begins. If the applicant is interested in a vacancy, and also gave correct answers to clarifying questions, the chat bot transfers him to the next stage of the funnel, then the recruiter contacts him. Applicants who do not respond to chatbot messages or are not interested in an offer are automatically screened out.
The ATS system also automates the receipt of feedback about the hiring process from customers. This made it possible to transparently assess the effectiveness of selection for management positions, to identify strengths and weaknesses in the interaction between the recruiter and the customer.
At the stage of job card creation, additional fields were added for recruiters, for example, job type and pick funnel, search details, etc. As a consequence, Health and Nutrition receives more detailed analytics to evaluate HR department performance and can track key team performance indicators and form internal analytical dashboards.
Thanks to the ATS-system "Stream Recruitment," we created a single information space for HR and customers, which made it possible to establish transparent interaction at all stages of recruitment.
