It has become easier for SVFU employees to work with the flow of documents thanks to Directum RX

2025: Document Flow Optimization

North-Eastern Federal University named after M.K. Ammosov optimized the work with the documentation of the university. Now it is promptly processed, registered and sent along the desired route in a matter of minutes. This was Directum announced on October 7, 2025.

In Directum RX, SVFU employees work with incoming and outgoing letters, agree on various types of contracts, consider citizens' and organizations' appeals, specifications and applications. Documentation is no longer delayed by department specialists, and the movement of documents is easy to track in the system.

This functionality has expanded the capabilities of the Directum ecosystem, which the university has been using since 2013. On the basis of Directum RX, a subsystem for monitoring the implementation of decisions, resolutions and instructions has been set up in the PLCS.

The implementation of the product was carried out by the university team with the support of SoftSnow, the official partner of Directum.
