2023: Creation of Superapp "Supernica"

Superapp "Supernika" Mining and Metallurgical Company "Norilsk Nickel" received a prize in the nomination "Corporate Mobile Application. Project of the Year. " The sixth ceremony of the TAdviser IT Prize - the national award in the field of IT in the corporate sector - was held on November 29 in Moscow as part of the TAdviser SummIT IT conference: Results of the year and plans 2024. This was announced on December 5, 2023 by Unlimited Production (Anlimited Production).

The award was received by Denis Krivonosov, head of the information technology department at Norilsk Nickel, Vasily Korneychuk, senior manager, IT business partner of the personnel, social policy and public relations unit at Norilsk Nickel Sputnik, and Andrey Vratsky, CEO of eXpress.

In April 2023, the Norilsk Nickel mining and metallurgical company began releasing a corporate superapp project. The project was implemented on the basis of the Russian platform of corporate communications and mobility eXpress. In the "single window" format, employees from more than 25 cities of Russia have access to more than 40 digital services of the company, new opportunities for communication and operational feedback.

In the first six months of productive operation, the application was downloaded by over 45% of Norilsk Nickel employees - more than 40,000 users. The Supernick system is based on a microservice architecture: all services inside it work independently of each other and are simultaneously connected through 3500 rules. Superappa communication channels, including chats, are reliably protected in accordance with the highest information security standards, which is confirmed by independent pentests.

The technological solution that we used to create the Supernik superapp is special for the Russian market. Along the way of creation, many non-standard technical problems were solved. At the same time, the final result opens up completely secure access to many corporate services for employees. The main task of the near future for our team is to work both on classical areas: performance and reliability, and on expanding the set of available corporate services, - said Denis Krivonosov.

"Supernika" is a significant breakthrough in the availability of services and information for our employees, regardless of where their workplace is physically located. The presence of a corporate superapp allows the company to reach a new level of digital leadership, and the technological solution from the Russian vendor is to develop its own platform for communications and solving work problems. The first big step has been taken, the plans are to constantly develop the convenience, speed of operation of "Supernika" and expand the number of services, - commented Vasily Korneychuk.

This is an application-crypto container distributed through public stores, and smartapps for corporate services, and SmartApp Bridge and SmartApp Proxy technologies, which allow you to quickly turn virtually any Web resource into smartappers. A lot was done for the first time, not only among Russian vendors, but also among the world, "said Andrei Vratsky.
