As part of the project, outdated analog equipment was replaced and a software IP-PBX was installed based on the modular Call Center software solution. The addition was a convenient function for both the population and the employees of the CNS, with the help of which, in the event of an erroneous appeal of a citizen not to his territorial CNS, the call is transferred to the desired organization without the need to dial another number. Calls are forwarded both to the internal numbers of the territorial employment center and to the numbers of other regional employment centers.
