Venice Stone LLC automates the process of working with buyers using the 1C:CRM program . Module for 1C:ERP and 1S:KA2. As a result, transparency appeared with each buyer.

VENEZIA STONE COMPANY is a company under the brand of which the largest players in the natural stone market in Russia have united. Natural stone from all over the world is supplied under the brand name VENEZIA STONE COMPANY. These are granite and marble, onyx and travertine, labradorite, quartzite and many others. Stone in slabs for subsequent processing and tiles ready for use, these are finished stone products.

The management of Venice Stone LLC set the task of expanding the functionality of the existing information system with the ability to work with the client base. Before the start of the project, interaction with customers and the process of preparing for sale was not automated, managers planned to work in personal diaries and tables.

The main goal of the project is to build a single information space for storing information on customers, reflecting and planning negotiations, meetings, and monitoring the timing of the preparation of commercial proposals.

The work on the supply and launch of the digital solution was entrusted to the company's specialists. 1C-Rarus At the first meeting, they decided on the choice of a software product and outlined an action plan. It was decided to work with clients in 1C":. CRM Module for 1C:ERP and 1C: КА2, "because the module is integrated into the existing accounting system and functionally covers the project objectives.

Summing up the results of the implementation of the new accounting module, it was noted that the preparation cycle for the transaction has become shorter, since a competent approach to planning and strict implementation of the deadlines agreed with the customer are used.

Employees now work by adhering to accepted sales processes without ignoring important components.
