2023: Tavros agricultural holding bought Oredezh poultry farm in Leningrad Region

In December 2023, it became known about the sale of the Agrocomplex Oredezh poultry farm to the Tavros agricultural holding from the Republic of Bashkortostan. The amount of the transaction is not named, but, according to the Rusprofile counterparty verification service, the value of the agricultural complex's assets is estimated at 1.3 billion rubles.

According to Novy Prospekt, the purchase of a Leningrad enterprise will allow Tavros to enter the market of the North-Western Federal District and consolidate egg poultry farms, which is the holding's interest. Sources on the market told the publication that the Bashkortostan company was already negotiating the purchase of the Sinyavinskaya poultry farm, which is also located in the Leningrad Region. Earlier, the agricultural holding became the owner of the Bashkir poultry farm in the Republic of Bashkortostan with a capacity of 750 million eggs per year and the Sinyavinsky agricultural company from the Kirov region with a capacity of more than 320 million eggs per year.

The Agrocomplex Oredezh poultry farm was sold by Aladushkin Group, which in recent years has sold off its large assets in different regions of Russia. So, in 2020, the Group of Companies put up for sale 75% of the shares in JSC "Tribal Plant" Rapti 'in the Leningrad region, they were bought by the top management of the enterprise. In 2022, the holding sold the Leningrad Bakery Plant to them. Kirov structure from the Tambov region, and in 2023 - 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of the St. Petersburg group of companies "Darnitsa," which were bought by the Moscow holding "Kolomensky."

Tavros Group of Companies is a vertically integrated holding, which includes enterprises in the field of pork production (Bashkir Meat Company), crop production, production of mixed feed and sugar (Chimshinsky Sugar Plant. Tavros is the largest producer of agricultural products in Bashkortostan.^[1]
