Project Tasks.
The project started in the fall of 2007. The solution capable to store and analyze information on contacts was required, to manage business processes, to control and predict accomplishment of tasks by the staff of the company.
Key factor of successful implementation was the choice of the partner in implementation which not only has high professional qualities, but also examination in the field of work with financial institutions and experience of the organization of sales process and also having customer support department. At choice of such partner in implementation carrying out the tender during which the consulting company Manzana Group won was required.
The project assumes automation of 25 jobs. As expected, a system will promote optimization and systematization of work with the current and future clients, to provide control of mailing of the regular reporting to investors and agents, automates calculation of agency fees and also will become the tool for segmentation of the main investors, methods of an investment, agents, investment funds that is necessary for acceptance of effective management decisions.
