Wermuth Asset Management began the CRM project

The consulting company Manzana Group began an implementation project of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 system in the Moscow branch of the German investment company Wermuth Asset Management, the exclusive investment adviser of three investment funds of Big Europe.

The purpose of system implementation of customer management is quality improvement of work with the growing base of the current and potential clients. The company the solution capable to store and analyze information on contacts was required, to control and predict accomplishment of tasks by the staff of the company, to support management of a full stroke of sales, from the first contact to the conclusion of the transaction and the subsequent service.

The project assumes automation of 25 jobs. As expected, a system will promote optimization and systematization of work with the current and future clients, to provide control of mailing of the regular reporting to investors and agents, automates calculation of agency fees and also will become the tool for segmentation of the main investors, methods of an investment, agents, investment funds that is necessary for acceptance of effective management decisions.
