About Customer and Project

Automation of the sales department of the company "Ajitek" is carried out using the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). " The goal was achieved to increase the average sales check, to increase the efficiency of marketing actions.

IGTEC (AIJITEK LLC) is a major official supplier of mining equipment from leading manufacturers: Bitmain, Innosilicon, MicroBT, Canaan.

Previously, disparate information systems were used to plan sales, generate reporting, and build work with customers. The company's management announced the company's development strategy for 2023 - increasing the efficiency of interaction with the client base, increasing the average check, attracting new buyers.

To achieve the set goals, it was necessary to combine sales information in the system, speed up the formation and coordination of business proposals, optimize the management of marketing shares, and strengthen control over the fulfillment of obligations under contracts.

The basis for the creation of the information system was the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). " And the work on the implementation of the software product was carried out by experts from 1C-Rarus.

As a result of the project implementation, sales management tasks are automated: from maintaining an initial request, passing the stages of preparation for the transaction, to forming an order and closing the sale. The program stores the history of interaction with buyers, helps to analyze the client base, filter according to different criteria and work with the desired samples. As a result, marketing activities began to give the best result in terms of sales volume.

As a result:

  • The quality and completeness of the collected information about customers has been improved by 50%;
  • Preparation and approval of commercial proposals accelerated by 30%;
  • The average sales check grew by 15%;
  • Analytical reports on sales, employee performance, marketing results are generated 2 times faster.
