The transition to this IT platform is associated with an updated strategy for Aeroflot's digital transformation, within which it is planned to replace most of the foreign products with domestic ones. software The airline ECMBPM assessed the/-solutions included in the unified register Ministry of Digital Development by the level of their capabilities for the implementation of all the necessary functionality for integrated document management. These are registration of documents, their transfer, movement, control of execution, archival storage, maintenance, databases issuance of certificates and much more.

As a result of competitive procedures, the TESSA platform scored the most points. Factors were taken into account such as the complete import independence of all system components, a modern adaptive interface, the presence of a fully functional web client, the ability to integrate with other platforms and external information systems using API tools. In addition, TESSA supports the creation and flexible configuration of an unlimited number of distributed file and network storage for various types of files with their own rules for content placement and processing. A separate requirement concerned ensuring a consistently high speed of work - no more than 1 second to open a card, regardless of the number of simultaneously working users and the volume of downloaded documents.

The implementation of the KASUD 2.0 project is carried out by stages - within the framework of the first stage of implementation, automation of work with incoming correspondence, contracts, powers of attorney, accounting documents, a list of cases and an electronic archive will be carried out, and all documents will be migrated. Integration with global information systems is also carried out - this is inter-corporate document management (MKDO), an interdepartmental electronic document management system (MEDO) and an automated enterprise management information system (AIS UP). Within the framework of the most advanced development of the system, it is planned to introduce a contract and procurement management module, as well as automation of personnel electronic document management, which includes additional modules for familiarizing with documents, distance learning and an employee's personal account, in which it will be possible to issue the necessary certificates, vacations, business trips, receiving benefits and much more.
