About Customer and Project
Automation of sales the department of LLC "" with the Heatgeneral help of the software product "" 1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) helped to increase the efficiency of managers and ensured an increase in repeated sales of 7%.
Teplogeneral LLC provides services for the design, installation and maintenance of heating, air conditioning, ventilation systems in facilities of any type: car washes, warehouses, greenhouses and other facilities.
Customers of Teplogeneral LLC are both state-owned enterprises and small individual entrepreneurs. Every client is important for the company, managers try to find an individual approach to each of them.
At the beginning of 2023, the management of Teplogeneral LLC ordered the start of a project to automate business processes for working with clients using CRM technologies. The company 1C-Rarus was selected as the executor of this task.
At the start, the goals of the project were formulated:
- Improve customer experience. It is important for each client to provide attention and an individual approach. When communicating with the customer, the manager should see information on the agreements reached earlier and the history of working with the client;
- Improve the productivity of managers. Measure and analyze performance indicators: number of requests, sales conversion, reasons for customer failures, execution of planned interactions and tasks during pre-sales preparation;
- Ensure that management reviews of processes are available.
