About Customer and Project

As a result of the implementation of the program "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of Trade and Customer Relations (CRM) "in the company" Condenser "increased the number of sales of energy equipment, and management received a tool for analyzing and managing operational processes.

Since 2006, Condenser LLC has been supplying energy equipment in Russia and the CIS countries.

As the company developed, it found and used new sources of customer attraction, built long-term relationships with regular buyers, so the customer base increased. There was a need for automation of business processes.

Management understood that without the introduction of a modern information system, the company would not be able to maintain a stable pace of development, so in 2022 it was decided to start an automation project.

The partner was chosen on the recommendation, a cooperation agreement was concluded with 1C-Rarus.

At the first meeting, the goals of the project were recorded:

  • Storage and management of the client base;
  • Increase the efficiency of sales managers;
  • Formation, conduct and analysis of marketing activities;
  • Increase in company profits.

We considered several programs, the choice was stopped at "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). "

Having studied the current processes, 1C-Rarus specialists began transferring accounting and accumulated information to a new accounting database. We took into account the wishes of management and difficulties in the current accounting organization.

Project results
