One of the main principles of the enterprise is high customer focus. To effectively build relationships with clients, the management of CityStroyPlast decided to implement a CRM system.

Through the implementation of CRM, the company's management planned to improve sales management business processes, ensure strict compliance with order deadlines, introduce personal responsibility for managers for work, and strengthen management control.

Software Implementation Partner "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM) "became 1C-Rarus.

1C-Rarus experts helped prepare the information base for work: settings for accounting parameters were made, system users were established, interfaces were created. The company's employees were trained and began full-fledged work.
