The implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM) "at TPO Hydroproekt LLC. The company has received a modern tool for managing the sale process and building relationships with customers.

LLC TPO Hydroproekt is engaged in the wholesale trade in wood products and construction materials.

The company constantly expands the list of supplied items, trying to ensure the maximum number of customers with the required products, while taking into account the individual characteristics of each client.

The capabilities of the accounting program were not enough to ensure a responsible approach to work, a lot of information was entered manually, and the planning of negotiations and meetings with customers was carried out in personal diaries and manager files. To understand what sales are expected in the near future, it was necessary to interview employees and consolidate information.

With the help of the 1C-Rarus project team, TPO Hydroproekt LLC implemented the 1C: Enterprise 8 software product. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). " The goal of the project is to streamline the work with the client base and improve the efficiency of interaction with customers.

The information base was set up: accounting policy parameters were set up, interfaces and reports were set up, familiarization seminars on the principles of working with the new information system were held for employees.

As a result:

  • Information on customers is structured, contact information, documents and contracts are collected in a single information space;
  • Interaction planning has been transferred to "1C," now the information with whom negotiations are underway is clear and controlled, and at what stage they are;
  • Processing of incoming requests and preparation of commercial proposals has been reduced;
  • Manual operations are automated, duplication of information is excluded. Managers spend more time working with customers, not with documents and reports;
  • The " dump" of customers has decreased for reasons of "forgot to call back" or "did not fulfill the agreement." The company's sales and profits grew;
  • Management reports are generated automatically and contain reliable information for decision-making.
