MGPU and Proscom joined forces in automating the university database

2023: Agreement on joining forces in the development and implementation of additional educational programs

The Russian developer of digital services Proscom and the Moscow City Pedagogical University have signed an agreement to unite efforts in the development and implementation of additional educational programs. Such cooperation will help improve and streamline the student registration systems available in the educational institution, which will speed up the internal business processes of the university and affect the efficiency of decisions made. This was announced on December 14, 2023 by Proscom.

The main areas of cooperation will be:

1. Fully implement the low-code Violet platform created by Proscom into the operation of the Resource Center and avoid storing data in Excel tables .
2. Attract Proscom employees to organize the educational process and master classes of digital and technical orientation.
3. Informational support of partnership products.

The university is developing and testing a model for using the Violet database, taking into account the contingent of students of educational programs and their statuses: "expelled," "enrolled," "passed" thresholds and control boundaries. The main vector of development is the modernization of the system for recording listeners in an organized database.

MGPU will involve Proscom specialists to participate in educational events and seek expert support in working with digital services and resources. In the future, according to the leadership of the Moscow State Pedagogical University, the university plans to fully switch to a cloud database throughout the educational institution, including each educational center.
