About Customer and Project

The company "Southend" rightfully occupies a high position in the market of construction fasteners and tools. For 18 years, Southend LLC has been offering products and service that fully meets the customer's requirements. This contributes to building a long-term partnership with manufacturers of fasteners and construction tools, both in Russia and abroad.

An early large amount of information with partner contacts, agreements reached and planned stages of work were stored in personal files and records of company managers. The management of Southend LLC understood the need to structure this information. In the summer of 2020, it was decided to implement a CRM system, 1C-Rarus was invited as an integrator company.

With the CRM implementation, management planned to achieve the following results:
