About Customer and Project

The company "Arion Group" specializes in the supply of consumables for printing from manufacturers of South Korea, China, the countries of the European Union and North America.

For 10 years, Arion Group has been keeping pace with new technologies and offers its customers a modern product. The main principle of work is openness to new ideas and solutions, responsibility to their partners.

To improve the work with clients and partners, the management of Arion Group decided to implement a CRM system. The format of work in notebooks and separate files has outlived its usefulness, for the development of the company it was necessary to have a single standard for building work with Customers.

The program was purchased from VC 1C-Rarus. 1C-Rarus managers presented the capabilities of 1C:Enterprise 8 configuration . Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), "helped with setting up accounting policies, reporting forms.

Advantages of using the CRM system for Arion Group:
