To automate operational accounting, the management of SpetsEnergoTrade LLC chose 1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). " As a result of the implementation, repeated customer requests have increased, and the company's profit is growing.

SpetsEnergoTrade LLC is a leading company in Russia for the supply, service and lease of equipment for small power. To ensure a high level of services, the company is constantly improving the technologies used.

Earlier, an outdated information system was used to record sales and order suppliers, the functionality of which was no longer developed and was not supported by the developer.

To improve the work of the sales department, to build long-term relations with each customer, management initiated a project to automate operational accounting.
