The company "TD" NOVO-M "is a reliable furniture supplier.

The goal of the company: to preserve and increase the number of buyers, to become the largest company in the furniture market in the region. To achieve this goal, the company invests in employee training, development and improvement of internal processes.

Realizing the need to improve the efficiency of the sales department, management initiated a project to implement a CRM system. The available information resources were not enough to fully work with the client base and reflect the full sales cycle.

To implement the project, we turned to 1C-Rarus, which has extensive experience in the field of automation of trading enterprises. The software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). "

The management of TD NOVO-M formulated expectations from the implementation:
