The launch of the CRM system in the enterprise helped reduce the volume of manual operations and simplified communications between employees of different departments.

Polymer Expert LLC - sells polymer materials and leases construction equipment. To automate the accounting of internal business processes, representatives of Polymer Expert LLC contacted 1C-Rarus. The decision to upgrade the accounting system is related to the purpose of management to use uniform standards for working with customers, simplify the interaction of employees of different departments, and have mechanisms for managing and controlling the work of the company.

Work with the customer is arranged as follows: independent requirements are recorded, an order is created, a sale is made, a contract is concluded or the next meeting is scheduled. 1C-Rarus managers demonstrated how to conduct these processes in the 1C:Enterprise 8 program . Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). " Work has begun on the implementation of this configuration.

Interaction of 1C-Rarus specialists with Polymer Expert LLC took place remotely. Consulting assistance was provided in mastering the functionality of the software product, consultations were provided in the settings of the accounting policy.
