2023: Transition to the Digital Construction Control TIM platform

The architectural and design bureau Mosproekt, as part of its own strategy for the implementation of information modeling technologies, switched to Digital Construction Control, a TIM platform from Дом.РФ. Representatives of "Дом.РФ" reported this on December 20, 2023.

The TIM platform from Дом.РФ was chosen by Mosproekt as the environment for general data (ODS) - in general, the company uses information modeling technologies from 2021.

"We see a lot of interest in our product in the market - more than a hundred construction companies are already exploring the possibility of using it. The relevance of our IT solution is now especially high in light of the upcoming transition of the entire Russian housing construction industry to information modeling technologies in the middle of next year. The Digital Construction Control TIM platform allows companies to effectively implement this transition and introduce advanced digital tools for monitoring and managing construction projects, "said Alexander Lukyanov, director of housing digitalization at Дом.РФ.

The Institute for Development in the Housing Sector "Дом.РФ" performs comprehensive support for developers on the transition to TIM. It includes employee training, dedicated software in-house development consulting services , and accelerated TIM deployment. From July 1, 2024, the use of TIM will become mandatory for multi-apartment housing construction, and from January 1, 2025 - for individual housing construction. The technology as of December 2023 is used by about 20% of all developers, the timing of the introduction of TIM within the framework of one construction company, according to Дом.РФ, is from 6 to 9 months.
