2020: Automation of accounting using PP "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM) "at Remcompressor-Service LLC

LLC Remcompressor-Service"" sells and maintains compressor equipment. The company has been operating in the market since 2006.

To help automate the operational activities of the company, the management of Remcompressor-Service LLC turned to 1C-Rarus experts. The use of outdated software was ineffective: many operations were performed manually, and work with customers was carried out in the personal calendars of managers.

Automation was required to achieve the following goals:

  • Get a store of information about clients;
  • Implement order management standards;
  • Increase the efficiency of marketing activities;
  • Organize warehouse management - purchasing, storage, transfer, sales;
  • Ensure that up-to-date management reporting is available.

After discussing the needs of the business, the 1C-Rarus manager demonstrated the functionality of 1C solutions. The choice was made in favor of "1C: Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)."

The launch of the software product was carried out remotely, partner consultants quickly helped with questions about the functionality of the solution.

Automation results:

  • Storage and prompt search of the required information is provided;
  • Automated routine actions: sending letters, forming invoices, creating reminders;
  • Business processes have been launched that help to build work in a single format in compliance with deadlines and quality;
  • Conditions have been created for greater interest of managers in the result of work. Weekly meetings are held to discuss situations for each customer. The sales manager receives information for control using CRM reports;
  • Warehousing has been established. The movement of goods is tracked in the program, the inventory is faster;
  • Management receives the results of the company in a couple of minutes at any time.
