LLC "" Tulfor carries out sales professional hand tools, represents the largest factories. Europe It has been operating on the Russian market for 10 years.

In the fall of 2020, the management of Tulfor LLC turned to 1C-Rarus with the task of automating the company's operational activities. In a difficult time for business, it was important to keep each client, increasing his loyalty.

Previously, accounting in the company was kept in an outdated trading program, invoices were issued, and sales were drawn up. There was no opportunity to fix preliminary agreements, plan work with the client, as well as deployed sales analytics.

The results of the negotiations, contact information for customers were stored in personal records and manager files. The management was not satisfied with such an organization of work.

It was decided to build the accounting system on the basis of the configuration "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). " The choice was made in favor of this configuration, because it combines the capabilities of managing trading processes and working to build relationships with buyers and partners.

The program has been put into operation. Each appeal of a potential buyer to the company is recorded in the information base, the "Interest" document is created, in it the manager records the agreements reached, plans to work with the client. Based on the document, the "Customer Order" is drawn up, payment and shipment are recorded. The entire business process of the work is transparent and reflected in the system by the document chain.

The program is used as a store of information on Customers: contact information, external documents and files are uploaded to the system. Nothing is lost or limited to the responsible manager.

The management received a tool for managing the company's work. Now it is possible not only to see the sales that happened, but also to analyze how many requests are received, how many successfully end, what reasons there are for refusing to cooperate.
