2020: Automation of accounting using PP "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM) "at Image Show LLC
Image Show LLC has been a supplier of professional light and sound equipment on the Russian market since 2014. The purpose of Image Show LLC's work is to perform the assigned tasks with high quality and to satisfy customer requests as much as possible. The Company provides a complete list of services: design, manufacture of the entire complex of technological theatrical equipment, supply, installation and adjustment of light and sound stage equipment, personnel training, as well as warranty and post-warranty service of the equipment.
Work with Customers was carried out in the electronic calendars of managers, reporting was formed, collecting information from various text and table files. The management of the company was difficult to track the results of work in real time. It was decided to overcome these difficulties by introducing a specialized CRM system.
After analyzing the software market, the choice was made in favor of the application solution 1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
The system was delivered and put into operation by 1C-Rarus specialists. VTs 1C-Rarus has extensive experience in the implementation and development of CRM systems at enterprises with different areas of activity.
Accounting in the program "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relations (CRM) Management "has been conducted since October 2020, 6 users work in a single information base.
Implementation results:
- The project implementation cycle is reflected in the system: from recording the client's primary needs to signing the certificate of work performed. Managers plan interactions, meetings and calls, all agreements are executed accurately, on time.
- The program contains contact information for each Customer, as well as project documents in various formats.
- The operation of the warehouse is automated, the data in the program fully reflects the actual presence of the article. When organizing project activities, the manager can see and plan items from the availability or generate requirements for the purchasing department.
- The supply department has become easier - there is no need to spend time collecting and identifying equipment needs, data from customer orders gets into the purchase plan and security is faster.
- The management of the company with the help of management reports, which are formed in the program, analyzes the work and can effectively manage the business.
