Automation of operational accounting in the Company Снабфонд.рф on the basis of the software product "1C: Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM)" helped to consolidate information on customers and increase the efficiency of internal processes.

The company Снабфонд.рф (IP Shvetsov Evgeny Eduardovich) is engaged in the supply of construction organizations and private builders with various metalware.

Spreadsheets were used to organize accounting in the enterprise, at Excel some point there were problems with sales management and information consolidation.

It was decided to overcome difficulties and reach a new level of development of the company using an automated accounting system. We turned to professionals in the field of introducing digital solutions on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform - 1C-Rarus companies. At the negotiations, they determined the goals and requirements, outlined the procedure for achieving them.

Project objectives:

  • Accounting for interactions with customers, improving the efficiency of managers, reducing the percentage of customer dumps;

Project results:
