The bush has more than 80 points. The retailer has faced a heavy load on the system over the holidays. Incorrect operation of the mobile application led to the loss of orders and dissatisfaction of customers who cannot use the loyalty system. Also, the old code did not allow adding the new functionality that the business required. The application decided to write from scratch, because it would take the same amount of time to rewrite the old code with the addition of functions, but there would be more difficulties.

A different architecture was laid down. The load problem was solved by sharing responsibility. The back end of the application was divided into several services that performed their functions separately from each other. Due to this, the load was evenly distributed, which increased the speed of the application.

KOTELOV made an authorization by phone number - now there is no need to remember the password. There is no need to re-register - all the data has been pulled up from the old application.

They made access to the directory even for unauthorized users - an important point for users who do not always want to register and leave their data. The catalog is now easy to find, it is in tab bars. Item cards can be scrolled through in clear text without returning back to the category.

You can also not only order food, but also learn about the life of the city and the company, read articles. On the home page, the user can go to "more than buns" and read articles about the life of the company or find out the story about the product |

They made an intuitive design. Now the user can understand the new functionality without prompts. At the same time, the main functions remained in sight: the main page has quick access to the QR code, which is convenient for payment at the checkout.

Redesigned the design of the application: reassembled UI/UX, added unique illustrations and creative features.

We wrote an ecosystem for 9 months, which combines many functions: loyalty system, order, delivery, news, story, payment documents.

Improved architecture. The first of September - one of the peak days - passed without failures.

Statistics for December 2023 - 164,575 old users have already switched to the new mobile application, and 49,033 new users have registered. In total, more than 195 thousand people have already come into contact with the application.
