Kazakhstan - Republican teleradio corporation (Intalev: Corporate finances)

For the purpose of providing the management of JSC Republican Teleradio Corporation KAZAKHSTAN of qualitative management information, need of formation of the consolidated management reporting on 14 branches of the company and head offices, and also – for timely providing rather large number of various report forms in superior organizations, there was a need of implementation of an integrated automated control system finance of the company. Development of methodology and automation of budget planning, management accounting and also reduction of time for preparation of the reporting became priority tasks in this direction.

Thanks to successful implementation of this project the following effects are gained:

• The uniform information database which includes accounting data, data of management accounting, the centralized archive of documents
• Control over business in real time
• Possibility of operational formation of the management reporting, reduction of terms and costs on formation of budgets and preparation of reports in superior organizations
