2023: Plant Launch Plan for Equipment Production

The city signed a land lease agreement with the investor at a rate of one ruble per year for the implementation of a large-scale investment project (MaIP). In the settlement of Voronovsky, Trinity Administrative District, the company will build a plant for the production of technological equipment.

The city signed a land lease agreement with the Potok machine-building plant for the construction of an enterprise in the machine-building industry. Multi-component technological equipment will be produced there. As a result of the implementation of a large-scale investment project in TINAO, more than 30 jobs will be created, "Vladimir Efimov emphasized.

New production will be built in the settlement of Voronovsky, near the village of Ryzhovo.

"The lease agreement of 1.45 hectares of land was signed with the investor for five years, during which time he must build and commission the plant building with a total area of ​ ​ about 12 thousand meters. The preferential rental rate of the site will be valid throughout the entire time of the project, "said Maxim Gaman, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the City Property Department.

The investor, who will be engaged in the construction of a new industrial enterprise, specializes in the production of multi-component technological equipment, including mobile pipeline systems and diesel pumping stations.

"The plot allocated by the city for the construction of a new industrial facility is located on an adjacent territory with an existing enterprise. For more than 10 years, the company has been actively working on import substitution. Thus, some types of technological equipment of the plant already consist of 90 percent of domestic components. The new industrial facility will increase the production of special machines necessary in agriculture, housing and communal services, industrial production, construction and mining industries, as well as for restoration and rescue work, "explained the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The lease of land at a preferential rate for the development of production in the capital is one of the measures to support business, which began to operate in March 2022. It allows investors to reduce the cost of creating jobs and quickly establish the production of important products.

The machine-building plant has been operating since 2007 and produces mobile pipeline and hose systems, diesel pumping stations and much more. The equipment is used in various areas, including emergency recovery and rescue services of the regions in emergency situations.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that the 25th investor had already received a land plot for the construction of production at a rate of one ruble per year.
