The Xietun meat processing plant implemented the workflow system

Automation of a full stroke of processing of white and internal papers and support of electronic and paper document management at Xietun Meat processing plant, is implemented using implementation of the program 1C: Document Flow 8.

The complexity of an operation cycle of white, internal papers and support of electronic and paper document management requires continuous improvement of the accounting system. The management of Xietun manufacturing enterprise made the decision on automation of process of document flow based on a specialized software of 1C.

As the partner in workflow automation the 1C:VDGB company having long-term experience of implementations of programs 1C and providing an automation range of services including the certified user training to work with programs and remote support of 1C was selected.

For implementation the standard 1C: Document Flow 8 program was selected. Such choice allowed to construct in a short space of time the system which is most adapted to specifics of activity of the enterprise.

Using the program 1C: Document Flow 8 automation of the following activities is carried out:

• the centralized safe document storage,
• online access to documents taking into account user rights,
• registration of the entering and outgoing documents,
• viewing and editing documents,
• control of document revisions,
• work with documents of any types: office documents, texts, images, audio-and video files, documents of the systems of design, archives, applications, etc.,
• full-text search for documents according to their contents,
• collective work of users with a possibility of approval, statement and control of execution of documents,
• the routing of documents configured on each document type separately
• the automated loading of documents from e-mail and from the scanner,
• accounting and control of working time of employees.

The 1C: Document Flow 8 program is installed without significant changes as the functionality of a standard configuration appeared enough. As a result of implementation of the program 3 jobs are automated, specialists of 1C:VDGB company perform information and technology support of 1C (1S: ITS).
