2024: Claim from JSC Chelyabinsk Poultry Farm
The Arbitration Court Moscow received a statement from one of the largest Russian egg producers, JSC, Chelyabinsk Poultry Farm (Chepfa) demanding to recover ₽147 million from the resident of the innovation center "" Skolkovo- Rady Robot LLC. The lawsuit was filed on August 12, 2024, but so far no decision has been made to start proceedings in the case.
According to RB.ru, the essence of the claims remains unknown, but it is known that in December 2023, Rady Robot installed equipment for automating egg packaging processes at the Chepfa poultry farm - the ReadyPack complex. This equipment was supposed to significantly reduce the cost of production, replacing manual labor with robots. For example, one robot had to replace six workers at one stage of packaging, and at the other stage - a whole shift of 12 people.
The company "Rady Robot," founded in 2016, actively developed with the support of the Skolkovo innovation center and became its resident. In 2023, the company attracted investments worth ₽129 million, and the order portfolio was estimated at ₽2,5 billion. The main share in the company is owned by CEO Denis Trampalin (51%), as well as significant shares belong to Alexander Grubov (41%) and other co-founders.
The automation project at the Chelyabinsk poultry farm was one of the key stages in the development of the Rady Robot company. It was expected that the introduction of automated solutions would reduce the cost of production and strengthen Chepf's position on the market, especially against the backdrop of rising egg prices in Russia. However, judging by the filed lawsuit, there were serious disagreements between the parties, which now have to be resolved in court.
By August 16, 2024, the Moscow Arbitration Court has not yet accepted the case for consideration, and the parties have not provided additional comments on the situation.[1]

Rady Robot offers a solution for automating the final cycle of egg packaging. Robotization covers the entire packaging line - laying on a conveyor, laying screens in a box, non-conditioning output, group laying of boxes, sealing and marking, formation of shipping batches on pallets. According to the developers, even in small production, such a line will be able to replace about 50 people. The system can be scaled according to production volumes.
By the beginning of January 2024, the Rady Robot portfolio of potential orders contains 131 projects worth 2.5 billion rubles. To realize these orders, the company requires working capital for the purchase of components and materials, the maintenance of specialists.
Additional sources of funding allowed the company to pay 70% of its expenses related to the purchase of components and materials, the maintenance of specialists. The cash gap arises because the standard terms of the contracts provide for a 30 percent prepayment. You have to find the missing working capital yourself.[2]
