The company 1Office provides its customers 1C with a model in, SaaS public cloud ITGLOBAL.COM which is deployed on the base. Moscow DataSpace Data Center As part of the project, 1Office has developed a cloud panel that allows businesses to independently manage databases and accounts. 1Office appeared on the Russian market in 2015 and began to provide the business with 1C software using the SaaS model. With the help of public cloud, the 1Office received computing power without capital expenditures for the purchase and maintenance of equipment and the hiring of system administrators.

1Office needed a flexible and scalable virtual infrastructure and for this purpose the public cloud was optimally suited. We provided a pool of resources: computing power, memory, disk space, an operating system for which colleagues pay upon use (pay-as-you-go model), - said Alina Zhigalova, director of service development ITGLOBAL.COM.

In 2015-2016, customers preferred local infrastructure and box 1C. Our company was one of the first to tell the business that cloud 1C allows you to work from anywhere and from any device, plan rental costs, automatically update software and receive technical support from specialists according to, SLA- said Pavel Zakharov, CEO of 1Office.

Initially, all processes in the 1Office were implemented manually, from creating terminal servers in the cloud for each client to processing requests and updating databases. It took a lot of time and human resources. As the number of customers increased, there was a need to automate processes.

1Office has been working in the public cloud ITGLOBAL.COM eight years, during which time the number of company customers has increased tenfold. In 2023, the lease of 1C using the SaaS model is already provided by many companies, including the software vendor himself. At the same time, the solution from 1Office is flexibly configurable.
