2024: E-Color Shift Presentation
Infinix introduced E-Color Shift technology on January 11, 2024, allowing users to change the color design of smartphone panels while maintaining bright colors without energy consumption. Infinix also demonstrated technology concepts designed to revolutionize the mobile industry - AirCharge, which provides wireless charging up to 20 cm and at an angle of 60 degrees, as well as the Extreme-Temp battery, which solves the problem of device failure in extreme cold conditions.
At Infinix, we aim to produce solutions aimed at young and energetic users following fashion trends. We are exploring opportunities for further development of the technology and in the future we hope to get up to 60 separately customizable zones on the surface of the smartphone with support for various colors on each of them. Users will be able to customize the back cover of their phone, displaying time and other statuses in a matrix arrangement. Thanks to this technology, the smartphone will be able not only to change its color, but also allow users to express their individuality and display unique information through personalized designs of their devices, "said Liang Zhang, Deputy CEO of Infinix Mobility. |
Infinix's E-Color Shift technology, equipped with E Ink Prism 3, revolutionizes smartphone personalization by allowing you to customize the back of the device. This solution uses microstructures in which colored particles carry a positive and negative charge. When different voltages are applied, the electric field within the microstructure changes, causing the corresponding particles to move and display the desired colors. This innovative approach allows the body of the phone to change its appearance as desired, maintaining display without energy consumption.
Infinix also introduced its technologies, including Infinix AirCharge and Extreme-Temp Battery. Infinix AirCharge uses multi-coil magnetic resonance technology and adaptive algorithms, providing wireless charging up to 20 cm and at an angle of 60 degrees. The safety of the solution is achieved thanks to operation at frequencies below 6.78 MHz, and the charging power is 7.5 W. The new method will open up alternative opportunities for users to organize their workspace and allow devices to be charged even during games or when watching videos.
Through a partnership with technology companies, Infinix also solved the problem of battery mobile phone failure in extreme cold by introducing the Extreme-Temp battery. Using a biomimetic electrolyte and solid state fusion technology in electrodes, this innovative solution works flawlessly even at temperatures up to -40 ° C. With the ability to charge over the widest possible temperature range from -40 ° C to 60 ° C, the Extreme-Temp battery provides reliable performance and endurance in extremely cold conditions, overcoming the common problem of lithium-ion battery freezing.
