The printing company "Pechatnya" specializes in providing a full range of services for the manufacture of advertising printing and branding of souvenirs. The printing house uses various printing technologies: digital, large format, UV printing, direct textile printing, inkjet printing, silkscreen printing, risography, etc.

Previously, paper documents and spreadsheets were used for accounting and management at the enterprise. There was no operational information about material residues in the warehouse, which made production planning difficult.

Managers manually calculated each new order. It was necessary to standardize technological processes, speed up the processing of orders, implement order accounting of products, ensure the receipt of operational information on payments, shipments, production costs.

  • Accurate accounting of materials in the warehouse was ensured, control over the receipt of materials and their write-off to production was strengthened, order accounting of products was organized. The accurate calculation of the actual cost helps to quickly analyze the costs for each order, compare the planned and actual indicators and build a competitive pricing policy of the printing house.
  • The system automatically calculates management bonuses, which are defined as a percentage of the planned profit on the order. As a result, the number of errors decreased, and the accuracy of the calculation increased. Managers now clearly understand how their rewards are calculated, which motivates them to achieve better results.
  • Operational document flow with suppliers and buyers for all types of settlements and payments was organized, settlement management was automated. The preparation of management reports has accelerated 3 times. Management was able to quickly assess the financial position of the enterprise and monitor the work of the divisions at all stages - from receiving and processing orders to the release and shipment of finished products to customers.
