Software Product "1S:UNF 8. Polygraphy 2 "(" 1C: Polygraphy 2 ") is a joint industry solution of 1C and Armex, which is part of the line of industry solutions on a single 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.
The industry solution is designed to automate enterprises whose field of activity is the production and sale of various printing products (offset and digital printing, large-format printing, label and packaging production, corrugated packaging production, souvenir production, etc.).

The company 1C"" jointly Development Center "Armex Information Technologies" from December 30, 2022 announced the release of edition 3.0 of the industry solution "1S:UNF 8. Polygraphy 2".
The solution was developed on the basis of the standard configuration "Management of our company" of " pro gram system with the preservation of all the basic capabilities and mechanisms of the standard solution, and is intended for automation of enterprises, the scope of which is the production and sale of printing products:
- offset and digital printing houses (sheet and role printing);
- book-magazine and newspaper printing houses;
- flexotypography (production of self-adhesive label and flexible packaging);
- packaging manufacturers (production of corrugated packaging, polymer packaging);
- manufacturers of souvenir printing;
- large-format printing houses;
- printed salons;
- advertising agencies..
The development of version 3.0 took into account the results of the implementation and operation of the solution at dozens of enterprises providing printing services.
The functionality of the software product is supplemented with the following features: Possibility to store classification of corrugated boxes of different design;
- The ability to create additional subfolders, when specifying the path to the directory for storing layouts of printing orders;
- Accounting of prices under contractual conditions;
- Accounting of production by stamps and flexoforms;
- Accounting of prefabricated runs for flexoproduction: added possibility of calculation and arrangement of flexoproduction orders;
- Flexible mechanism for working with discounts/markups in orders:
for possible fixation of discounts for certain counterparties, the program provides for the document "Setting discounts for printing orders." The discount can be assigned both for the entire order, and separately according to the data of the prepress, press, post-press, materials or services; - Formation of prefabricated circulations:
orders are composed according to the principle of similarity of technical characteristics, such as: paper density, colorfulness and circulation. The combined circulation and its low price make it possible to significantly reduce the price for each product separately. Printing of prefabricated circulations saves time and material resources, both for printing houses and customers; - Flexo Printing Order Calculation Wizard
: it became possible to calculate flexo printing orders: now you can quickly calculate and create a new document "Flexo Printing Calculation"; - Quality control
: the document "Nonconformity Detection Certificate" has been added for registration of nonconformities at product release. Depending on the established type of nonconformity, external nonconformity acts (raw material scrap) or internal nonconformity acts (contractor's error or force majeure) can be executed using this document; - Bonuses to managers:
it became possible to take into account the bonus to managers: the user can choose one of three options for calculating bonuses for managers and set the percentage of bonuses for customers for managers. The bonus amount is calculated when calculating printing orders in the "Summary Information" tab; - Analysis of information on making changes to orders and order status;
- Functions of delimitation of access to printing orders at different stages of their execution;

- possibility of additional selections in the document "Planning of printing orders." Orders can be selected into the plan by subdivisions, work centers, statuses, priorities and other order parameters;
- accounting of semi-finished products for printing operations. To store and display semi-finished products for operations, a new document "Semi-Finished Products for Operations" is intended. Document data is used to take into account the release of semi-finished products when performing an operation in the processing "Operator Log" and "Reflection of Fact (Operational Planning)";
- orders in the queue. An additional mechanism has been added to obtain information on both the total occupancy of machines and detailed information on the selected work center in the context of order calculations, without their preliminary planning for work centers in the document "Printing Production Plan."
The Solution "1S:UNF 8. Printing 2 "was developed on the latest version of the technology platform" 1C:Enterprise 8.3. The functional options mechanism implemented in the industry solution allows you to "enable" or "disable" various functional parts of the application solution without programming (configuration changes).

The configuration is not a standalone software product, it requires an installed platform "Enterprise 1C 8.3" version at least 8.3.17.
