2023: Launch of full workflow cycle using electronic waybill

Transport-logistic the group of companies Monopoly"" launched a full cycle of document flow using an electronic waybill (EPL) and remote passage of a medical examination. The operator electronic document management was SKB Kontur"," provider medical and the inspection services -. MedPoint24 Companies intend to create a service that allows anyone to apply for an EPL service. to freight carrier countries SKB Kontur announced this on January 15, 2024.

Unlike the traditional examination in the presence of a doctor, document flow is complicated by additional stages of data transfer. To do this, the Logistics service from the Kontur business ecosystem was integrated with the accounting systems of Monopoly Group of Companies and the MedPoint24 remote medical examination service provider.

Monopoly has been conducting flights using an electronic waybill for two months. So far, EPL is issued only for the driver's staff of the company's own fleet in St. Petersburg and Samara. At the beginning of 2024, it is planned to scale the solution to all regions of Monopoly's presence.

The global goal of cooperation with partners from "Contour" and MedPoint24 is to create a service for EPL registration for all road freight carriers on the basis of the Monopoly.Online platform. At the beginning of 2024, we will transfer another segment to EPL - individual entrepreneurs of the Monopoly. Business project. And then - all the drivers of the attracted fleet who work with the Monopoly platform. Online.}}

EPL consists of five mandatory exchange files (titles), each of which the document management participants must sign with a qualified electronic signature (KEP) in the operator's service and send to the state information system of electronic transportation documents (GIS EPD). The state system in response forms a QR code. The driver presents it to the traffic police when checking on the road.

To issue an electronic waybill, the driver arrives at the technical control station. Here the mechanic conducts an inspection of the vehicle, takes the readings of the odometer. If there are no violations, the old waybill can be closed and a new EPL can be formed. The mechanic certifies the CEP data and sends it to the Logistics service from Contour. At this time, the driver undergoes a remote medical examination.

Remote medical examination is carried out using special MedPoint24 equipment. The employee independently measures the main health indicators (temperature, pressure, heart rate) and undergoes breathalysis on the software and hardware complex. A health worker is watching the process on the other side of the screen. It is he who, on the basis of the results of a medical examination, makes a decision on the admission or non-admission of an employee to work, signing it with a qualified electronic signature. The terminal prints a special sticker with the result of a medical examination - it is pasted into a paper waybill. And now it is still transmitted digitally to EPL.

{{quote 'author = noted Sergey Devitsyn, Director, Commercial Department, MedPoint24. | The project was implemented in full accordance with the orders of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Health, in compliance with all requirements for qualified electronic signatures. The whole procedure takes less than 3 minutes, which is 5 times faster than a traditional examination with a "live" physician. This will allow you to soon abandon paper copies of EPL, as well as reduce costs by 2 or more times,}}

The solution allows you to speed up document flow and tax accounting, reduce paper costs, and also eliminates the risk of data loss and distortion when transferring from paper media to electronic form.

{{quote 'author = told by Alexey Serov, Head of Logistics Project Implementation Team in Contour. | Testing and refinement of the integration solution was carried out for two months. As a result, we managed to achieve success in the release of EPL with the receipt of all titles and the formation of a QR code and launch the exchange of data between all participants. In the market, only a few come to such solutions, while this is the first case of tripartite interaction in our practice, }}

An important result of the digitization of the process is the increase in safety that was achieved with the exclusion of the human factor. And also - the ability to conduct high-quality analytics by structuring a large array of data. Since Monopoly draws up several thousand waybills per month, the company will be able to significantly reduce labor costs, time and PHY when switching to an electronic waybill.
