2024: Training at the Process Factory

JSC employees KNIRTY were trained at the Process Factory. This training platform was created as part of the national project "Labor Productivity." On it, participants study tools lean production and immediately use them in practice when assembling a real device. The training was conducted by specialists from the Regional Competence Center (RCC), which is the operator of the national project. The center operates on the basis of the Business Development Agency of the Kaluga Region.

Kaluga Research Radio Engineering Institute is a participant in the national project "Labor Productivity," here lean production technologies are actively used. In January 2024, the company is at the Diagnostics and Planning stage and is engaged in the analysis and collection of information at the site selected for improvements.

During the training at the Process Factory, employees produced gas gearboxes, built assembly areas, QCD and logistics. The effect of the first steps to the transformations was not long in coming. According to the results of the training, the team went to virtual earnings of 185,700 thousand rubles, taking 13th place among 60 teams in the ranking based on the results of gaming activities.
