2024: Rebranding Platworms

AB InBev Efes on January 18, 2024 announced the rebranding of its own B2B platform "Choose," which was launched back in 2020. The multi-vendor platform received an update to its corporate visual style, as well as new technical capabilities.

As part of the redesign of the marketplace, which brings together hundreds of distributors and thousands of outlets, an updated logo has appeared, as well as the name "Choose Online." This reflects the main feature of the platform: it is a tool for business, which can order a large range of partner products and receive online advice at any convenient time. The updated corporate identity is made in rich bright green shades that symbolize innovation, manufacturability and embody the desire for development and sustainability.

AB InBev Efes, as a trendsetter in the implementation and development of digital tools, revised its approach to building relations with partners in the digital space a few years ago. As of January 2024, one in four customers of the company from traditional retail and HoReCa place an order through our platform. For 2023, sales growth through the marketplace amounted to 54%. We inspire our customers to choose only the best, boldly explore new horizons and conquer new peaks with us, "said Inga Panych, Director of Digital Sales Transformation at AB InBev Efes.

The marketplace has become an even more convenient platform for representatives of traditional retail, bars and restaurants. Now notifications, digital coupons and smart recommendations have appeared on the platform. The update also affected the loyalty program: now points are awarded depending on the premium of the product, and not on the level of the client, as it was before.

In the near future, self-registration for legal entities will become available on the marketplace. In addition, a smart camera based on computer vision technologies will appear in the ChooseOnline application. With its help, it will be possible to photograph a shelf with goods, and artificial intelligence without the participation of merchandisers or a trading team will analyze the representation of goods.
