Project objective

Thanks to the implementation, managers and employees of the company 1C:CRM wanted to achieve transparency in working with counterparties, individuality of user settings depending on the position of the employee, checking the correctness of those made by data managers, and automate the process of working with customers from obtaining a lead to manufacturing and shipping goods.

The employees of the company, AKAM together with the Customer's representatives, modeled and set up in 1S: to CRM business processes simplify the work of managers, set up an effective sales funnel with automatic transitions in stages, taking into account the status of the documents "Customer Order" and "Production Requisition." We have set up a partner card to be able to enter all the necessary information.

  • Work on adapting a standard solution: forming a client base, setting up a client portrait; Recording all cases in CRM, analyzing sources and processing efficiency
  • Integration of CRM system with corporate mail;
  • Capture and maintain customer interaction history;
  • Automation of the sales process, with setting tasks at each stage and the ability to control their implementation; * Automation of related processes;
  • Control over the work and analysis of the activity and effectiveness of managers (plan-fact by indicators, reports).

Project results

Distribution of the customer base to responsible employees, All transactions with customers are maintained within the configured scenarios. The functionality of automatically setting tasks for managers in accordance with the stage at which the transaction is now is implemented.
