Project objective

Managers and employees of the company, thanks to the implementation 1C:CRM , wanted to achieve transparency in working with counterparties, individuality of user settings depending on the position of the employee, checking the correctness of those made by data managers, automate the process of working with customers to receive purchase requests and enter the company's products into the technical documentation of the client and on the periodic delivery of goods to existing customers

The employees of the company, AKAM together with the Customer's representatives, simulated and set up in 1S: to CRM business processes simplify the work of managers, set up two funnels "Interest in products" and "Purchase requisition" with automatic transitions by stages, taking into account the status of the documents "Invoice for payment," "Customer order" and "Production requisition." We have set up a partner card to be able to enter all the necessary information.

  • Initial Settings for Standard/Industry Solution (Program) to Start Accounting
  • Individual training at the customer's office
  • User Distance Learning
  • Work on adapting a standard solution: forming a client base, setting up a client portrait; Recording all cases in CRM, analyzing sources and processing efficiency
  • Integration of the CRM system with corporate mail and Telegram; Capture and store customer interaction history automation of the sales process, with setting tasks at each stage and the ability to control their implementation.

Project results

Distribution of the client base to the responsible managers. All transactions with customers are carried out within the configured scenarios. The functionality of automatically setting tasks for managers has been implemented in accordance with the stage at which the transaction is now located.
