The implementation of the project made it possible to optimize the maintenance and accounting of the management staffing table, as well as speed up the processes of forming management reporting and accounting for the payroll. As a result, 20 automated jobs were created.

Prior to implementation in PJSC Pharmacy Network 36.6, management staffing was recorded in Excel. At the same time, there were no opportunities to form appropriate reporting, planning staffing, and analyzing personnel. The company needed a multifunctional tool to ensure the work of users of the personnel administration department and the compensation and benefits department.

To solve the problem, the specialists of the company "Axioma-Soft" on the basis of the information system "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 KORP" have developed a module "Management staffing."

A feature of USR is that it does not divide into legal entities (unlike the "Regulated Staffing List"), which makes it easy to integrate into other systems in terms of subordination (for example, into the electronic document management system).

So, in the group "Pharmacy network 36.6" there are several legal entities: the head can legally be listed in one company, and his subordinates - in another. "Management staffing" helped to reduce this structure into a single system - the task falls directly to the head, regardless of the binding of employees to legal entities.

Also, in addition to the constant part of wages, the target income of employees (monthly, quarterly, annual bonuses) was included in the CSR. Thus, with any state movements, personnel specialists have data on how much PHY will be reduced or added to the Payroll Fund, which allows for more accurate decision-making in management matters.

In addition, during the project, printed forms of documents on personnel accounting and calculation were developed, wages improvements were made to the "Salary" unit in terms of calculating bonuses and the motivation system. In general, the automation of management staffing has allowed employees to get rid of maintaining Excel spreadsheets, as well as more effectively monitor the implementation of the personnel plan and analyze personnel, which reduced their labor costs by 20%. Also, the implemented solution made it possible to form management reports in the necessary and approved form 30% faster.
