Sergei Bykovskikh headed Lab Industries (ex-Henkel in Russia), but in October 2023 decided to leave the company. At Lab Industries, Bykovsky served as general manager of the Cosmetics and Personal Hygiene business unit.

2024: Appointment as CEO of United Breweries - Holding LLC

At the end of January 2024, it became known about the appointment of Sergei Bykovsky as General Director of United Breweries - Holding LLC (OPH) (ex-United Heineken Breweries). This is evidenced by the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL).

The OPH confirmed to Kommersant the appointment of the Bykovskys to the post of head of the holding and noted his experience in a large international company, competencies in managing a wide range of brands and categories, understanding consumer preferences and creating strategies in a developing market. Ksenia Kostygova, interim general director of OPH, will focus on the role of director for supply chain management and will continue to lead production, procurement, planning and logistics, the company said.

By January 2024, OPH has eight factories in different cities, producing beer "Okhota," "Bochkarev," "Three Bears," "Krushovice" Dr.Diesel, cider "Mr. Fox," etc. Previously, the company was part of the Dutch concern Heineken.[1]
