Sergei Bykovskikh headed Lab Industries (ex-Henkel in Russia), but in October 2023 decided to leave the company. At Lab Industries, Bykovsky served as general manager of the Cosmetics and Personal Hygiene business unit.

2024

Appointment as CEO of United Breweries - Holding LLC

At the end of January 2024, it became known about the appointment of Sergei Bykovsky as General Director of United Breweries - Holding LLC (OPH) (ex-United Heineken Breweries). This is evidenced by the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL).

The OPH confirmed to Kommersant the appointment of the Bykovskys to the post of head of the holding and noted his experience in a large international company, competencies in managing a wide range of brands and categories, understanding consumer preferences and creating strategies in a developing market. Ksenia Kostygova, interim general director of OPH, will focus on the role of director for supply chain management and will continue to lead production, procurement, planning and logistics, the company said.

By January 2024, OPH has eight factories in different cities, producing beer "Okhota," "Bochkarev," "Three Bears," "Krushovice" Dr.Diesel, cider "Mr. Fox," etc. Previously, the company was part of the Dutch concern Heineken.^[1]

Appointment as CEO of Natura Siberica

On July 1, 2024, Sergei Bykovskikh took over as CEO of the Russian cosmetics manufacturer Natura Siberica. He succeeded Felix Lieb, who in turn was elected by the board to serve as chairman of the board.

The company noted that Lib will continue to develop the company at the level of strategic decisions to increase the shareholder value of the business.

The Natura Siberica report notes that Bykovskikh as CEO "will focus on the development and modernization of the company's production capacities, increasing sales points, expanding interaction with major consumers and key partners, and developing new product areas."

Before heading Natura Siberica, Bykovskikh previously served as first deputy general director of Natura Siberica. Before joining the cosmetics company, he was the head of United Breweries - Holding LLC (OPH) (producer of Okhota, Bochkarev, Three Bears, Krushovice, Dr. Diesel, Mr. Lis cider, etc.), previously - president of the Russian representative office of Henkel.

The Natura Siberica group of companies, which was headed by Sergey Bykovskikh in early July 2024, produces certified natural and organic cosmetics.
