Career
1996-2013
Until the summer of 2013, Nikolai Sidorov headed Absolut Bank, where he came in 1996 first to the post of deputy chief accountant and where he then worked as deputy chairman until 2005. During his tenure, the bank built a retail business, a federal network, and in 2007 the bank was bought by the Belgian group KBC.
2014
In 2014, he was appointed chairman of the board of Rublev Bank, a small bank controlled by oil industrialist Grigory Gurevich, one of the few banks operating in Crimea after joining Russia.
2015
In 2015, he headed the non-state pension fund Blagosostoyanie OPS and soon formed on its basis by merging the Future fund with another fund of the O1Boris Mints group.
2020-2023
Since 2020, he has been developing the online insurance platform Mafin. In January 2023, Nikolai Sidorov came to Rosbank, becoming chairman of the risk committee there.
2024: Appointment as Chairman of the Board of Rosbank
On January 26, 2024, Rosbank announced the appointment of Nikolai Sidorov as the new chairman of the board of the credit institution. In this position, he will replace Natalia Voevodina, who worked in Rosbank for more than 5 years.
