2024: Presentation of "BIA.APS"

Experts from BIA-Technologies (BiAi-Technologies) on January 26, 2024 presented a solution for the operational construction of the production plan - "BIA. APS».

The solution is optimal for medium and large discrete industries and is suitable for use in metalware plants, enterprises of the food industry, mechanical engineering, machine tool building, instrument making and other important industries. According to the developers, the introduction of the system allows you to reduce production waste by 15% and increase the equipment utilization factor by up to 45%.

The company noted that production is highly dependent on unpredictable changes and the human factor. "BIA. APS "monitors any emergency situations that may affect the execution of planned operations, and allows you to accurately comply with the deadlines for the execution of orders. The system automates the accounting of delivery and shift schedules for each workshop, the planning of overhauls and repairs, as well as the calculation of the overall efficiency of the equipment.

Short-term and long-term planning is an important component of the competitive quality of any production company. Until 2022, only a few APS solutions were presented in Russia, most of them Western. "BIA. APS "is distinguished by a mathematical apparatus, thanks to which the system is able to take into account hundreds of variables and many limiting factors in the planning process: equipment throughput, personnel and its interchangeability, raw materials and semi-finished products, conditions for production, changeover time, transitions between operations and much more, - said Dmitry Vladimirov, director of the product office of BIA Technologies.
