2023: Move to eXpress platform

MONT uses the Russian eXpress platform for its business and internal corporate communication. More than a year ago, domestic software replaced the company's foreign messenger Microsoft Teams. Unlimited Production announced this on January 31, 2024.

Three functions were critical for the customer: chats and team work, VKS and telephony, as well as file collaboration. An important plus when choosing a product was the information security and data protection mechanisms built into the platform.

The capabilities of the system were first tested by 30 employees of the IT department, then a pilot group of MONT specialists of 100 people transferred communication to the platform. The test month showed that all the functions declared by the developer work. The final stage of transferring 100% of the MONT team to eXpress took less than a month - 500 employees of the company became eXpress users.

During 2023, the customer closely followed the eXpress development card, on time he received the necessary functions, which he was used to while working with Microsoft Teams. For January 2024, the customer is studying the product development map for 2024, which provides for the implementation of functions no less important for the company: user statuses, recording calls and the ability to create conferences from a mail client. In the future, the introduction of smartapps and chatbots is possible in MONT. In particular, experts are testing the integration of the eXpress chatbot with the company's internal Service Desk system for registering applications from users.

MONT notes that the transition to the eXpress platform made it possible to preserve the built-up communication within the company and remain in touch with customers.
